Back from Barcelona

We're back from a week long trip to Barcelona, Spain with Tom's parents. We had such a fun week! We made a lot of sweet memories with Grandpa Frank and Grandma Linda.

It's pretty funny traveling with our four boys. DJ (8 1/2), Noah (4), Lincoln (22 mo), and Max (13 weeks). We feel like a parade. Everyone stops to look at us, especially here in Italy. Families aren't that large around here. It feels like we stick out everywhere we go.

Barcelona is beautiful. I love this city! We stayed at a three bedroom apartment within walking distance from the Barcelona Zoo. I can't believe how much we did, especially with two little ones. It was definitely challenging and tiring to travel with these little guys. We went to the zoo, aquarium, double-decker bus tour of the city, Montjuic Castle, Tibidabo Amusement Park, Poble Espanyol, trolly rides, Olympic Stadium, Sky Tram ride, parks, and we ate at a Tapas restaurant by the water. We made more fun memories after the kids were in bed while just us adults played Oh Heck. We always look forward to playing cards with Tom's parents.

We took so many pictures. It probably seems like I posted all of them, but there are a lot more! Here are some fun shots from our trip.

I couldn't resist putting in this last picture. Our trip home from Barcelona was LONG. We had to get all the kids up at 5am. Lincoln was tired and whiny all day. It was a tough day. I took this picture of Tom during our layover in Milan, Italy. He's playing Noah's Leapster. I love the lady in the background.
